WTF, my speaker is not working?
Please first ensure the following:
The speaker is either plugged in or has sufficient charge.
The speaker is turned on, you should see a blue light near the rightmost knob.
The speaker is connected via Bluetooth to your device.
The volume on both the speaker and your device is sufficient.
The connected device is playing audio.

Note: For rentals, text the provided phone number for immediate assistance during normal hours.
How do I pair my Bluetooth device to the speaker?
First, turn on the speaker and wait for 10-20 seconds. Next, open the Bluetooth setting on your device and pair to "BT-WUZHI" or "WUZHI Audio" After hearing the paired indication sound (three consecutive beeps) you have successfully paired and can now start partying louder.
NOTE: The speaker will automatically connect to the last paired device when it is nearby. To pair a new device, you must ensure that no other devices are already paired. If another device is paired, open settings on the connected device and disconnect from the speaker.
NOTE: If prompted to connect to "WUZHI Audio APP," do not connect. "WUZHI Audio APP" is not needed for any functions of the speaker.
Why does my speaker sound bad? (BEST TUNE SETTINGS)
Poor audio quality is most likely the result of your tune. Click HERE to see the best tune settings and how to adjust accordingly.
NOTE: In order to protect the speakers from damage, the audio might cut out at high volumes. To resolve this problem, simply turn down the middle (treble) knob until you no longer experience the cut-out problem.
What does each of the knobs do?
The knobs are used to control the sound profile and tune. Click HERE to see a detailed picture describing the function of each one.
Please refer to the question above to see the best tune settings.
My speaker is not playing via the AUX cable, only Bluetooth, what do I do?
This is a common issue that is almost always caused by the speaker being connected to a Bluetooth source.
To play via AUX cable, you must disconnect the speaker from all Bluetooth devices currently or previously connected. After all Bluetooth devices are disconnected, the amp should automatically switch to aux input (if it does not automatically switch over, unplug the aux input and reconnect it).
Can I connect multiple speakers together?
Yes, at this time you will need to use the additional connection hub device. This device will connect to two speakers via Bluetooth and your Bluetooth-enabled audio source. View this video to see how to set up and pair the hub device to your speakers.
NOTE: This option is only available for rental in College Station. Use the multiple speaker rental option on our rental page to reserve.
